Terms & Conditions
Last updated: August 2026
These terms are between you and Famelt PR Private Limited, a company incorporated under the Companies Act, 2013, with its office at Wave One, Silver Tower, Sector 18, Noida, Uttar Pradesh 201301, trading as “Friends Media”.
1. Introduction
By submitting an enquiry form, signing a proposal, or engaging any of our services, you agree to these terms. Please read them before engaging our team. Where a separate signed agreement exists between us — for example a partner agreement or a statement of work — that agreement prevails over these terms to the extent of any conflict.
2. Scope of services
We provide professional services across:
- Public relations, media relations and press release distribution
- Online reputation management and crisis communications
- Influencer marketing and creator campaign management
- Podcast, video and photography production from our studio
- Digital marketing, SEO, paid media and lead generation
- Advertising and media buying across print, broadcast, digital and outdoor
- Events, press conferences, awards and brand collaborations
Each engagement is delivered against agreed requirements, timelines and media guidelines, recorded in a proposal or statement of work.
3. Payment terms
- Work begins on receipt of the agreed advance payment.
- Payments are due as per the invoice issued by our team.
- All fees are exclusive of GST and other applicable taxes, which are charged additionally at the prevailing rate.
- Once work has commenced, fees are non-refundable except where cancellation is initiated by us.
- Requests beyond the agreed scope may be chargeable as additional work.
4. Content and accuracy
- You are responsible for providing accurate, verified information, visuals and quotes.
- We may edit, reject or modify content that breaches media ethics or that is false, misleading or defamatory.
- Final publication is subject to editorial approval by the relevant media house.
5. Intellectual property
You retain ownership of all trademarks, logos, images and materials you supply to us, and you confirm you have the right to provide them. Ownership of deliverables we create passes to you on receipt of full payment. Until then, they remain ours. We retain ownership of our own templates, processes, tools and working methods.
6. Confidentiality
All client data, strategies and content shared with us are treated as strictly confidential. We do not share client information with third parties without prior written consent, except where required by law or where disclosure to a delivery partner is necessary to perform the services.
7. Limitation of liability
We take all reasonable care to deliver professionally and on time, but we are not liable for:
- Delays caused by media partners, publications or other external parties.
- Editorial modification, rejection or delay by third-party publications.
- Indirect, incidental or consequential losses arising from campaign outcomes.
Our total liability in connection with any engagement is limited to the fees paid by you for that engagement.
8. Force majeure
Neither party is liable for failure or delay caused by events beyond reasonable control, including natural disasters, government action, civil disruption, strikes, epidemics, or failure of communications or power infrastructure.
9. Revisions and approvals
Once content is approved for publication, further changes are treated as a new edit request and may be chargeable. Post-publication changes are entirely at the editorial discretion of the media outlet concerned.
10. Termination
Either party may terminate an ongoing engagement on 30 days' written notice. Work already commissioned, published or contracted with third parties remains payable. We may suspend or terminate services immediately for non-payment or for conduct falling under section 11.
11. Conduct
We expect professional communication and transparency. Misconduct, abusive behaviour, or false public statements against the company or its team may result in termination of services without refund.
12. What we do not guarantee
- We act as a public relations and media coordination agency, not a news publisher. Decisions on publication, coverage and placement rest solely with the media platforms.
- We do not guarantee viral reach, specific search rankings or viewership metrics, unless expressly stated in a paid digital campaign scope.
- Testimonials, case studies and past results represent individual outcomes, which vary by service type, sector and platform policy.
13. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms at any time. The version published on this page at the time you engage our services is the version that applies.
14. Governing law and jurisdiction
These terms are governed by the laws of India. All disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Gautam Buddh Nagar, Uttar Pradesh.
