Delivery detail
How white-label delivery works
The mechanics, written down. What we need from you, what you get back, how long each stage takes, and what happens when something goes wrong.
1. Registration
Send us the client or prospect name and the decision-makers. We acknowledge in writing within one working day and log the timestamp. If that company is already an existing client of ours, we tell you at this point rather than later — we will not take the brief and quietly compete.
2. Briefing
A brief can be a paragraph or a deck; we are not precious about format. We come back with scope, publication tier or creator list, timeline and price. Because the rate card is fixed and you already hold it, you can quote your client before we even reply.
3. Production
Work is produced under your branding. Documents carry your logo, not ours. We do not contact your client unless you explicitly ask us to, and correspondence routes through you.
You get a named point of contact and a working group — WhatsApp or email, your preference. Most partners want daily visibility during an active campaign and silence otherwise.
4. Approvals
Copy and creative come to you for approval before anything goes out. Two rounds of revision are included as standard. We will not publish anything your client has not signed off through you.
5. Handover
Coverage links, screenshots, assets and reporting arrive in a format you can forward without editing. Reports carry your branding, not ours.
When something goes wrong
Campaigns miss. Journalists spike stories. Creators go quiet. When it happens we tell you the same day rather than at the end of the month, and we tell you what we are doing about it. If a placement genuinely cannot be delivered, we replace it or credit it — written into the rate card terms, not left to goodwill.
Escalation
Every partner gets a direct escalation contact above the account team. If a deadline is at risk for your client, you should not have to discover it in a status meeting.
