This policy explains how we collect, use and safeguard your data when you interact with our website, forms or services, and how you can exercise your rights under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023.

- Business information: brand or campaign details you share with us for PR, influencer, podcast or marketing purposes.
- Technical information: website activity, device type, IP address and browser information, for analytics and security.
- Communication data: messages, emails and other correspondence exchanged with our team.

- Respond to your enquiries and service requests.
- Provide PR, influencer, production, marketing and media services.
- Share proposals, updates and invoices relating to your project.
- Improve our website, advertising and customer experience.
- Comply with legal obligations and resolve disputes.
Where we rely on your consent, you may withdraw it at any time by writing to the Grievance Officer named in section 10. Withdrawal does not affect processing carried out before withdrawal.
3. Data protection and security
Access to personal data is restricted to authorised team members who need it to do their work. We apply reasonable technical and organisational security measures to protect data against unauthorised access, alteration or misuse.
We do not sell, rent or trade your personal information.
4. Sharing of information

7. Data retention

- Enquiries that do not become clients: up to 24 months from last contact.
- Client records: for the duration of the engagement and up to 8 years afterwards, to meet accounting, tax and statutory requirements.
- Website analytics: as per the retention settings of the analytics platform in use.
After the retention period ends, data is deleted or anonymised.
8. Your rights
Under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, you have the right to:
- Access a summary of the personal data we hold about you and how it is processed.
- Request correction, completion, updating or erasure of your personal data.
- Withdraw consent for promotional or non-essential processing at any time.
- Nominate another individual to exercise these rights on your behalf in the event of your death or incapacity.
- Raise a grievance with us, and escalate to the Data Protection Board of India if unresolved.
To exercise any of these, contact the Grievance Officer in section 10. We respond to requests within a reasonable period and ordinarily within 30 days.
9. Personal data breaches
In the event of a personal data breach, we will notify affected individuals and the Data Protection Board of India in the manner and within the timelines required under applicable law.
