For agency partners
Questions partners ask
The things worth knowing before you trust someone else with your client. Answered plainly — if the answer is unfavourable, it still says so.
Do you sign a non-solicitation agreement?
Yes, on every partnership. Twenty-four months from the end of the engagement, on every account you register with us, backed by liquidated damages payable without you having to prove loss. It is a signed agreement, not a policy page.
Will my client ever know you were involved?
Not from us. Delivery is under your branding, documents carry your logo, and we do not contact your client unless you ask us to. We also never name partners or their clients in our own case studies or credentials without written consent.
What if my client contacts you directly?
We decline the enquiry, tell you within two working days, and route it back to you. An unsolicited approach from your registered client does not release us from the agreement.
How does pricing work?
A fixed rate card that you hold. Because you already have the numbers, you can quote your client the same day instead of waiting on us. We never quote a registered account below what you would charge them.
What margin can I expect?
That is your decision — we publish partner rates, you set your client price. Most partners work on a meaningful markup, and the price floor commitment means we will not undercut whatever you set.
How quickly can you turn work around?
Press releases go live 48 to 96 hours from approved copy. Organic PR placements run 7 to 21 days. Influencer campaigns reach first live post in 10 to 20 days. Video post-production is 5 to 12 working days. Crisis response is same-day.
What happens if a placement does not land?
We tell you the same day rather than at month end, and we replace or credit it. That is written into the rate card terms, not left to goodwill.
Do you handle influencer marketing as well as PR?
Yes — it is a full division with its own vetted creator network, not a bolt-on. Sourcing, audience quality checks, rate negotiation, contracting, campaign management and reporting. Consumer briefs often run PR and creators as one campaign.
Can you produce podcasts and video?
We run our own studio in Noida with a multi-camera podcast setup and a full post-production team. Because it is in-house rather than subcontracted, we can commit to timelines.
Do I need to register every client?
Only the ones you want protected. We can only protect relationships we know about — an unregistered account is not covered by the non-solicitation clause.
What if you already work with my client?
We tell you at registration, before you brief us. We will not take the work and quietly compete. If there is an overlap, that account is simply outside the agreement.
Is there a minimum commitment?
No retainer or volume minimum to become a partner. Some partners send one brief a quarter, others run several campaigns a month.
